Qeee.ws (hereinafter referred to as "qeee", "we", or "the Platform") is an international online betting and gaming platform. These terms & conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between qeee and all of its registered members ("Users").

Account Security

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

• All bets are considered final only after they have been recorded on qeee's servers.
• If a bet cannot be settled due to a connectivity issue, the outcome will be determined based on qeee's records.
• Bets will be settled after the result of the match or event has been officially announced.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all related bets will be refunded.

Odds & Changes

Qeee may update odds at any time. However, once a bet is accepted, the odds at that moment will apply. For live betting, odds may change rapidly in line with market conditions.

Maximum Bet Limits

Each market and event has a maximum bet limit. qeee reserves the right to adjust the betting limits of individual members under special circumstances. Members will be notified separately of any such changes.

All financial transactions on qeee are fast and fully secure. All major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh are supported. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum limit is determined by your account level.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. In some cases, it may take up to 1–3 hours.
• Deposits made under a third party's name are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Members who have completed KYC verification are eligible to withdraw the maximum amount.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. In complex cases, it may take 3–5 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the original deposit.

• Fraud & Misconduct: Registering with false information, using stolen payment details, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
• Money Laundering: Using qeee for the purpose of money laundering.
• Account Sharing: Sharing a single account among multiple people, or one person holding multiple accounts.
• Bonus Abuse: Coordinating bets to exploit bonuses or attempting to manipulate the system.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to breach the security of the platform.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of manipulated outcomes, or taking part in match fixing.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account in question will be permanently closed immediately, all balances and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Qeee believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We are committed to helping our members build healthy betting habits. The following responsible gaming tools are available on our platform.

• Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion – temporarily restricting yourself from the platform for a set period.

Either the member or qeee may close an account. In either case, any existing balance and open bets will be settled before the closure is finalized.

Closed by Member

Any member may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Suspended or Closed by qeee

Qeee may suspend or permanently close any account in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or for legal reasons. The member will be notified by email and will have the opportunity to appeal.

Qeee reserves the right to update these terms & conditions as needed. Members will be notified of any significant changes at least 7 days in advance via email or an on-platform notice.
